Tel Aviv-Jaffa is the unofficial capital of Israel. It is where the business district with all the majority of banks is based. The city is simply ‘taken as’ the financial and technological center of the country. Tel Aviv-Jaffa is also the second largest city in Israel, and a very popular destination for the central European countries and the UK. Why? Dead Sea has been on our bucket list for a very long time. For this reason we were really excited about our Israeli experience not only because we would get to see all the historial sights, but specifically for this unique experience. Sunset on a desert have always been my dream. I remember watching ‘The Princess and the Cobbler’ and dreaming of seeing the endless horizon of the sands. It appeared exactly how I imagined it to be. We were invited to go on a 6-hour trip with one of the biggest Tour Agencies in Dubai, Happy Adventures. It takes around 1 hour from Dubai and…… you are there, on a desert, in a total ‘air bomb’.  Happy Adventures stuff are very professional – they care about their clients in a very high manner, letting them to decide what and for how…

Let’s be honest here – pink coffee shop is like a ‘ski-jump’ to a gastronomical business success. At least it has been for the last couple of years, since Instagram is around. The Insta-hunters (including, I have to admit, me) keep searching for those fetching places, as they remain the most photogenic ones. Let me say – I have always been a fan of those cute coffee shops, especially the small ones with a soul. It’s not like I don’t appreciate Starbucks, but visiting a new city means searching for the cutest coffee shops! Why? Visiting one of those places…
